Why cant I see pricing or add items to my cart?

You do need to register an account and log in prior to being able to see prices.  Please ensure you remember to add your training details under the experience tab - which course you have studied and where!  Please send copies of any certificates to admin@lashandbrow.com.au.  

Why?  We have products that are only available to beauty professionals and need to ensure everyone who purchases has had the required training.  

Can I buy products if I have no training?

Lash & Brow Professional is a professional only supplier.  If you would like to purchase a retail item, please contact us and we will point you in the direction of the nearest stockist.  

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $10.95 for orders under $75.00 and $7.95 for order over $75.00 within Australia.  Our minimum order is $30.  You will be advised of your tracking number when your order is shipped and you will have the comfort and security of being able to track where your parcel is!  All orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post 

Please note that once your parcel is lodged, we are unable to trace your item.  Please use the link emailed to you to track your item.  If your item has been updated as being delivered but you have not received it, contact Australia Post directly, we cannot do this on your behalf.  

When will my order be shipped?

In most cases, your order will shipped out the day it is placed.  In the unlikely event it is not, your order will be shipped out the next business day after payment is received. Orders containing adhesive will not be shipped out on Fridays.  

I can't get through checkout?

We have a minimum order amount of $30.00.  If you do not have goods in your cart totalling $30, you will be required to add another item to cart.  If you order under $30 you will be paying anywhere from 23% on top for postage!  The more you order, the lower the percentage and that means more profit for you!

Do you have wholesale pricing?

All our professional only products are already at trade pricing - these are not sold to general consumers.  

Any single retail items will be sold at retail price and there are discounts for purchasing more - select the amount in the drop down menus to see the pricing change.  

 Where is the stock located?

 All stock is located in Queensland, Australia.  We do not advertise goods if we do not have them in our possession.  Occasionally our inventory system may not be up to date between our sales channels.  In this case, we will contact you on what you wish to do.

What is the difference between silk and mink lashes?

 This is a tricky question and one that is not easily answered.  The term "silk" and "mink" are merely marketing terms used by manufacturers and the definition changes between them.  For example, in Beautier's Prime range - Prime Silk is a more matt fibre and their Prime Mink range is glossier.  In the new Lash & Brow Professional range (coming soon), the Mink are a finer lash that have a long taper, and the Silk's are a fuller lash, with a short taper. 

All synthetic lashes are made from a material called Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT).  There is absolutely no silk (or mink) in any of these lashes.  

Here's an interesting fact - all lashes are hand curled and loose lashes are placed onto the strips you see in trays by hand!  No machines are used to turn the PBT fibre into the lashes you buy!
