This Blooming Tape helps to make volume fans and are the perfect tool to practise the right volume techniques. The gripping surface makes fanning easy and helps you to improve your fan-making skills.

1. Pick one strip from the sheet with tweezers.
2. Put the strip on a (for example) lash palette and remove the paper on top of the strip.
3. Make your volume fans and put them on the strip.
