Please note that although we deliver via the Australia Post Express Post network for Australian orders, we cannot guarantee next day delivery and you will not be entitled to a refund should your order not arrive the next day.  

Please note some countries such as New Zealand will attract customs duties with orders over a certain value.  Please ensure you have researched all applicable fees prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for any customs duties or other import fees.  

Same Day Shipping

Place your order(s) before 2:00pm (AEST) for same day dispatch.  Orders placed after 2:00pm (AEST) will be dispatched before the parcels are collected where-ever possible.  

In the uncommon event that your order cannot be shipped the same day, you will be notified as soon as possible and your order will be shipped the following business day.  

No orders containing adhesive will be sent on Fridays or prior to public holidays to conserve the integrity of your products.   

Delivery Lodgement

Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, Lash and Brow Professional are no longer liable for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all contact and delivery information is correct. We highly recommend selecting the signature on delivery option and/or extra insurance.  

Australia Post will provide compensation for items up to the sum of $50, however Lash and Brow Professional and Australia Post encourage customers to purchase additional cover/ insurance on orders over $50. 

Should your parcel go missing, it is your responsibility to lodge a enquiry but we will also assist where possible.  

 

Out of stock items

In the uncommon event where an item you have selected is out of stock, we can offer you a refund for the product/s, a replacement product or alternatively we can ship the item/s to you once back in stock! If you decide on a full refund for the product/s out of stock, head over to the product page and choose the 'Notify me when item is back in stock' option to be notified via email when the item has arrived back in stock!

 

Product Returns & Exchanges

Due to sanitary & health regulations, Lash & Brow Professional is unable to accept returns on any opened packages, adhesives or make-up products. 

If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at admin@lashandbrow.com.au prior to sending back the items and we can assist you with the process. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, however Lash and Brow Professional will cover the costs of shipping if the return is a result of our error. All returned items must be unopened, in original packaging and returned to us undamaged within 14 days of receipt of your order. You can have the option of a refund, less a restocking fee of 10% or store credit which does not include the restocking fee. You will receive your refund or store credit within 7 days and any further shipping charged incurred by us on the original order.

You must notify Lash and Brow Professional within 14 days of receipt of your products to grant an exchange. Items sent back for exchange must be unopened and in the original packaging and must arrive back to us undamaged. If the products returned are damaged or are not in the same condition as they were sent to you in, the items will be immediately returned to you. If the products are undamaged and unopened, you will receive store credit for the returned items. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. No items will be accepted for exchange without prior authorisation.  

Tweezers 

They must be tested and returned within 14 days.  No testing on clients is permitted.  

All tweezer tips are checked before dispatch so any tweezers with obvious signs of being dropped will not be refunded. You can have the option of a refund, less a restocking fee of 10% or store credit which does not include the restocking fee and you can re-order as you please.  

Returning Dumont Tweezers

You get a free return for the Dumont tweezers if it is returned to us within 48 hours so we do recommend testing them as soon as you receive them. No testing on clients is permitted. If you wish to return the Dumonts after 48 hours, they must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All tweezer tips are checked before dispatch so any tweezers with obvious signs of being dropped or damaged will not be refunded so please ensure they are kept in the original packaging. You can have the option of a refund, less a restocking fee of 10% or store credit which does not include the restocking fee and you can re-order as you please.

 

Damaged Products!

Please inspect all packages thoroughly and immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel by sending photos to admin@lashandbrow.com.au.  In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned with the packaging it was sent with.  Upon receipt Lash and Brow Professional will issue you with a replacement item or a refund for the product and you will be notified within three days.  We cannot accept any returns without prior authorisation.  

 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel an order without penalty, until it has been packaged. Once your order has been packaged the actual postal cost and a 10% re-stocking/cancellation fee applies. Once an order has been shipped you are unable to cancel. 

 

Returns due to Customer Error

If a package is returned due to a customer error such as incorrect address, missing details or the item wasn't collected from the post office, a $10.00 fee applies (that is how much it costs to have the item sent back to us). Once the item/s are returned, you will be sent an invoice for the additional charges as well as the cost for the parcel to be sent back to you. Once payment has been received, your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.
